    Not your grandmother’s pull-out, this bed features an 8-inch, Queen-size mattress with a modern design.

  • Housekeeping services included monthly for monthly leases and bi-weekly for those staying 30 days or less. More frequent housekeeping services are available upon request.

  • No worries about checking in with a front desk! Checking in and out is simple! Book your unit and receive a confirmation email with your keycode. You can arrive anytime after 4 pm on your check-in day!

Spend the day at a Lake Superior beach like McCarty's Cove or get some shopping or work done in Downtown Marquette, even see Northern Michigan University's Division I hockey team out on the ice!

Our courtyard studio apartments, with a modern Nordic-style, have everything you need to feel at home. Every inch of space is used strategically to give you exactly what you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, full tub/shower, and convenient Murphy Platform Bed/Wall Bed.

Each serviced apartment transforms to your needs with comfortable and modern furniture as well as a wall-mounted TV and parking only steps from your door. Climate control year-round makes our studio apartments the coziest place to come home to after your Marquette adventures.

Our simple and updated rooms offer all the standard amenities, including a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Single Queen Room and Double Queen Rooms available.

You will find complimentary organic and natural treats at arrival.
